      I was logging in a 1.5 mile walk this afternoon and the system said I already had logged a walk in today. That is not true, I did 1 hour aerobics and 30 minutes moderate yoga/weights.

      Hi everyone! First of all, I want to thank everyone for your generosity, enthusiasm and for your HUGE heart! It's great to see how each of us values our great cause and how much we appreciate our hotel brothers and sisters, not just in these difficult times, but always. Without them, our business and livelihood would not exist. I just realized that if each of us were to contribute another $20, we will reach our goal of raising $3,000. We can do this by backing ourselves, or by backing another participant. I asked myself, between now and December 20th, will I spend $20 on ANY charity? I know I would for sure, and if so, why not make it THIS charity? I am backing @LoMarty14 and @Lisker. Would you like to back yourself or someone else? Just Do It! Flavio

    Join us for a very fun, interactive virtual race that will get us exercising while raising funds to help our hospitality partners' unemployed workers.

    PLEASE NOTE!  You do NOT need to be a runner to participate.  You just need to do some exercise (just in time for the holidays!), then log in your activity here.  There are over 80 exercise activities that you can choose from. Exercise anywhere you want. Then log the activity and see your avatar move across the route. Catch a Google Street View of the new virtual locale, then cheer your real fellow racers! Brag about your streaks or longest mileage!

    The entry fee is $22 per racer.  We have partner with the Golden Rule Charity, which is a 501(c)(3) organization that assists hospitality industry workers.  A portion of the entry fee goes directly to Golden Rule to financially assist hospitality industry workers during this very challenging time. 
    To keep everyone on the same page, racery has set up some handy guidelines:


    1. Watch this video of Racery pro tips.

    2. Complete your bio. Include #groups to better track friends or colleagues.

    3. Update your passcode in settings.

    4. We completely rely on the honor system.  You do not have to use a fitbit or other device to prove your activity time or miles.

    5. Our race includes activity conversions, we try to keep the playing field level, and conversions are based on effort, ie 1 hour cycling = ~1 hour swimming = ~1 hour tennis. Please log cycling minutes, not miles.

    6. To delete a log, click its gear on the right.

    7. Don’t like one type of email? Unsubscribe at the bottom of that email.

    8. If you post on social media, please include #raceryapp so we can find you!

    9. Only log intentional exercise please.

    10. Attribute your exercise to the appropriate day—don't combine workouts from multiple days.

    11. Only backdate logs for a race up to two weeks in the past.

    12. Activities submitted after the race ends will not count toward race leaderboards.
